The website Volpi sells the following products: eyewear and accessories (including glasses, cases, and related optical products).
By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale. Order confirmation therefore implies full acceptance of these terms.
Article 1 - Principles
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to accept them without reservation.
These terms and conditions apply exclusively to online sales made via wearevolpi.com and override any other conditions, including those applicable in physical stores or other distribution channels.
They are accessible on the Volpi website and prevail over any other version or conflicting document.
The seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one published online at the time of the order.
If any condition is missing, it shall be interpreted in accordance with standard e-commerce practices applicable in Spain.
These terms are valid until further notice or update.
Article 2 - Scope
These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the online sale of products offered by Volpi on its website.
They apply to purchases delivered worldwide, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Article 4 - Orders
The buyer may place orders online within the limits of available stock.
In case of product unavailability, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible.
To validate an order, the buyer must accept these terms and confirm payment details, delivery address, and payment method.
A sale is considered final once:

- Full payment has been received
Volpi reserves the right to suspend or cancel an order in case of payment issues, incorrect information, or previous disputes.

Article 6 - Order Confirmation
The seller sends an order confirmation email to the buyer.
Article 7 - Proof of Transaction
Electronic records stored by Volpi systems serve as valid proof of transactions, communications, and payments.

Products sold are those listed on wearevolpi.com, subject to availability.
Descriptions are as accurate as possible, but minor errors or omissions may occur.
Product images are non-contractual.
Article 9 - Pricing
Prices may be changed at any time, but the price applied is the one shown at the time of order.
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added separately before checkout confirmation.
Article 10 - Payment

Volpi reserves the right to refuse an order in case of payment failure or disputes.
Article 11 - Availability and Refunds

- Europe: 5–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 9–15 business days
If a product is unavailable, the customer may cancel the order and request a refund within 14 days.
Article 12 - Delivery Conditions
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Incorrect address information is the responsibility of the buyer.
If the package is damaged upon delivery, the customer must refuse it or report the issue immediately.
Article 13 - Delivery Errors
Any delivery error must be reported immediately or within 1 business day via info@wearevolpi.com.
Returns must be approved and sent back in original condition.
Article 14 - Product Warranty

Customers are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty under applicable EU consumer law.
Hidden defects
Customers may request repair, replacement, or refund if defects are proven.
Article 15 - Right of Withdrawal
Customers have 14 days from delivery to return products without justification.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.

Article 16 - Force Majeure
Volpi is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, etc.).

All content on wearevolpi.com (images, logos, texts, designs) is the exclusive property of Volpi and may not be reproduced without permission.
Article 18 - Personal Data
