Volpi glasses are designed to protect your eyes comprehensively, both indoors and outdoors. These are the main ways they protect your eye health:
☀️ 100% UV protection (UV400).
Our lenses completely block UVA and UVB rays, as certified by tests carried out under international regulations such as:
ISO 12312-1:2013+A1:2015 (Europe)
ANSI Z80.3-2018 (USA)
AS/NZS 1067.1:2016 (Australia/New Zealand)
This means your eyes are protected from the harmful effects of the sun, such as eye aging, fatigue, and the long-term risk of cataracts.
🟡 Yellow filter + photochromic technology
Indoors, the lenses have a light yellow tint that does not obscure vision but filters out harmful blue light emitted by LED screens, cell phones, and artificial lights.
When exposed to UV light, they automatically darken to function like sunglasses , adapting to the ambient light level.
🧠 Greater visual comfort and color perception
Volpi glasses do not distort essential colors (such as traffic lights or signs), something validated in LED and incandescent color recognition tests.
With a light transmission of , they offer clear, bright and comfortable vision in any situation.
SHIPPING
Our orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.
We ship worldwide. If for any reason you can't find your country and want to purchase our glasses, please write to us and we'll coordinate the shipping personally.
Estimated delivery times are:
🇪🇸 Spain: 2 to 3 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 5 to 7 business days
🌎 Rest of the world: 9 to 15 business days
We work with DHL and Correos de España, depending on the destination. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can always know where your package is.
Your glasses will be shipped in a protected box, with security labels and wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure their integrity.
If you purchase from outside the European Union, your country's authorities may apply taxes or customs fees when your order arrives.
These charges are not subject to Volpi's control, but rather to the import regulations of each country, and must be paid by the buyer if applicable.
Before finalizing your purchase, we will notify you if you may incur these types of costs, but we recommend checking your country's customs conditions to avoid surprises.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange, as long as the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.
Contact us at info@wearevolpi.com with your order number and the reason. We'll guide you through the next steps. In the event of defective products or shipping errors, we'll cover the costs.
If the product is defective or there was an error on our part, we will cover the costs. In cases of returns due to a change of mind or customer error, shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Please write to us as soon as possible with your order number and, if applicable, include photos of the product or packaging. We will review the case and offer you a solution. We take the quality of our service very seriously and want your experience to be excellent.
We understand that purchasing online from another country can raise questions, so we're explaining how we handle international returns.
Yes, but only in cases of defective products or shipping errors. If this applies to you, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@wearevolpi.com, telling us what happened. We will review your case and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
It depends on the case. Sometimes, due to high international shipping costs, we can offer a solution without having to return the product (such as a replacement or credit toward your next purchase).
If we need you to return the product, we will provide you with the address and the steps to follow. The shipment must be tracked and properly labeled as "Return of goods – no commercial value" to avoid customs delays.
If it was our mistake or the product arrived damaged, the costs are on us.
If it is due to a change of mind or a buyer error, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
